Spargo floor system Best Product of the Year in cleaning tools category

Dutch consumers chose the Spargo Floor System as the best product of the year 2019/2020 in the cleaning tools category. ‘Best Product of the Year’ is one of the largest consumer elections in which consumers determine what the best products of the Netherlands are.

The election was organised for the sixth time by Q&A and Consumer Contest Company. Consumers judged their favourite products on price-performance ratio, product presentation and user satisfaction.

Opening Nedac Sorbo Mascot Asia in Guangzhou, China

DUIVEN, 20 November 2019 – Nedac Sorbo Mascot (NSM) has decided to invest further in its procurement organisation in Southeast Asia. To this end, CEO Wouter Meijerink has opened the new NSM Asia office in Guangzhou during the Canton Fair. In addition to the new office in Guangzhou, NSM also has a procurement office in Ningbo and these are working together closely.

In addition to the extensive teams of NSM Asia Guangzhou and Ningbo, various buyers from Nedac Sorbo Mascot from the Netherlands and Great Britain were also present.

Parcom Capital has reached an agreement on its investment in Nedac Sorbo Mascot

DUIVEN, February 7th 2019 – Parcom Capital and Robert van der Wallen will acquire the shares of NSM – a specialist in development, distribution and marketing of non- and near-food essentials – from Capital A (previously known as ABN AMRO Participaties) and NPM Capital. H2 Equity Partners and management will increase their respective shareholdings in the company.

NSM’s management and H2 Equity Partners are pleased with the investment of its new majority shareholder. Wouter Meijerink, CEO of NSM: “The combination of Parcom Capital and Robert van der Wallen provides knowledge and a network and capital which will be highly valuable in realising NSM’s growth ambitions to further expand its platform and consolidate the market in Western Europe.” Gert Jan van der Hoeven, Managing Partner of H2 Equity Partners: “In the last few years, a lot of progress has been made and we have realised a significant transformation in our company as well as for our clients. DUIVEN/HOORN/AMSTERDAM – As of January 1st 2018, Dutch companies Mascot Europe BV and Nedac Sorbo Group have formed one trade organization, for which the holding company will move forward under the Nedac Sorbo Mascot moniker.

The companies within the Nedac Sorbo Mascot holding complement each other on their commercial expertise. Both ventures expect their joint efforts to better play into the demands and wishes of their customers on topics such as sustainability, storage and forms of distribution.

Nedac Sorbo and Didden Beheer BV: a successful partnership

Nedac Sorbo Mascot won the 1st prize in the category Service Merchandising, in the awards ceremony by supermarket trade magazine Distrifood.

On November 14th 2016, Nedac Sorbo Group acquired the company Didden Beheer BV. This acquisition fit the Nedac Sorbo strategy to become the leading partner for long tail service categories in the Benelux and the United Kingdom. Ever since then the two field forces have worked well together. That this partnership works well is proven with this award.

‘Albert Horn greeting card activities strengthen the category specialism of Nedac Sorbo Mascot’

Trade and distribution organization Nedac Sorbo Group intends to acquire the assets of branch partner Albert Horn GmbH. This intended acquisition fits into the strategy of Nedac Sorbo Group to further broaden their services, and to gain more knowledge about the German retail market. This will help them build their category specialism of greeting cards. The acquisition should be final by June 15th 2017 latest, should all conditions be met.
